Training dates: Tuesday and Thursday

Timing: 5.30pm to 7.30pm and 7.30pm to 9.30pm respectively.

Venue: RPC (If Sports Hall not ready yet)

Largely known as SENI SILAT REPUBLIC, our very own Silat IG which was established back in July '04 gives special focus on the Artistic aspect (80%) of the martial art and also touches on the fighting skill (competition based known as Olahraga).


They are currently being supervised by well experienced instructors, Mr. Ismail and Madam Salmah, from Gayong Pasak. With their help in training the pesilats in the artistic side, the school have successfully managed to bring back 2 bronze medals from the artistic and sparring category each in the previous Silat IVP '05! Alhamdulillah! :))


For the record, the Pesilats have received acclaimed invitations in various performances involving both in-campus and public events such as the Heritage Festival, the NLB's Opening, the historic Presidents’ Visit, Arts @ Central at Woodlands Civic Centre, Open Houses and CCA Fairs throughout its course thus far.
